Business v Premiere
Some stock items are not able to be produced on the business selection. This is because of the technology and impression method as it is using a liquid based application compared to a toner/fuser application. Gloss paper is one of these stock items. The ink will smear and the print will be unrecognizable. More on the differences, watch this video.
Previous Orders/Files
Orders and files are attached to individual accounts, not by the site. If the previous secretary/user is still apart of the district, the orders and files will not be able to be linked to your account. If they are not apart of the district, the account can be linked to yours and you will be able to access them after emailing bart.hosier@arlingtonisd.org.
Where to find Report Card items?
Report Card paper, Vietnamese envelopes and PK Envelopes are under Common Reorders. K-2 (English and Spanish) and 3-6 (English and Spanish) Envelopes are ordered through the warehouse.

Can't find an item?
At times, some stock and equipment are unable to be sourced. When this happens, categories and stocks are removed from the site until they are able to be sourced.
How to place a Title 1 funded order
To place an order that will be using Title 1 funds, you will need to create an order like you would using a non-Title 1 fund. You will need to select a non-Title 1 fund in the budget code drop down menu. In the box underneath the drop down menu, you will need to manual type/input the Title 1 fund. Along with the file to be printed, you will need to upload the signed SFIO form showing that the funds are approved by the department. If the form is not attached, it will delay the scheduling of printing of the order. You are able to save the order as a quote and return to the order through My Orders. Once the form is uploaded and the budget code is typed in on the order, you are able to submit the order.
